SECRETARY POWELL: You know, this is their last month on the Council. They have the Presidency effective last Saturday. We would expect them to administer the Council in a responsible way. I was very pleased at the level of cooperation we got from them during the intense, seven-plus week debate, on Security Council Resolution 1441. They may have some difficult issues they will have to deal with over the next month as we see the Iraqi declaration come in and as we work on the goods review list re-authorization.
