Tolerance and Non-Discrimination

Intolerance and discrimination persist in every one of the OSCE participating states -- every one of them, including my own. Sometimes, they manifest themselves in the form of words: expressions of hatred against Roma, or Jews or Muslims. The head of an international charitable organization in the Chicago area was arrested on charges of perjury "for allegedly lying in Federal Court documents about links to international terrorism," according to a statement from the office of the U.S. Attorney of the Northern District of Illinois April 30.
