Report provides guidelines for a state park system in Wisconsin and recommends creation of four state parks, at Devil’s Lake, Dells of the Wisconsin River, Door County’s Fish Creek (became Peninsula State Park) and Grant County’s confluence of the Mississippi and Wisconsin Rivers (became Wyalusing State Park).
