Case information is kept on WCCA for a minimum of 10 years or the minimum retention period for the case type as set by the supreme court rules ( SCR Chapter 72 Retention and Maintenance of Court Records ), whichever is longer.   However, cases with active warrants or active appeals remain available on WCCA.   Although case information may not be available on WCCA, outstanding financial obligations for a case remain due until paid in full.   Contact the Clerk of Circuit Court office in the county where the case was filed for complete case information for cases no longer available on WCCA.   See Clerk of Circuit Court contact information . ...
