EL PASO, TEXAS – The El Paso Police Department’s Safe Communities Program is hosting a free defensive driving class for the public. This as part of the many education efforts the EPPD Safe Communities Program conducts in an effort to make our community safer and reduce the number of traffic collisions and related injuries and deaths. Instructors certified in defensive driving will teach the class. The class is free of charge and cannot be used for ticket dismissal. However the class can be used for insurance discounts.
