Tennessee Department of Health - Volunteer Online TDH is seeking to recruit more than 25,000 volunteers who would be willing to work in a vaccination clinic or a mass prophylaxis-dispensing clinic. The plan calls for approximately 117 clinics statewide to administer the vaccinations and/or dispense prophylaxis medications to the entire state population in a ten-day period.
