To better serve our citizens, the Brookings County Sheriff’s Office has posted a combined sex offender registry on the Sheriff’s Office website. The registry provides information on offenders registered with the Brookings Police Department and offenders living in Brookings County registered with the Brookings County Sheriff’s Office. In addition to the web posting, registry lists are also available from each agency by contacting them directly. ... South Dakota State law protects the identity of any victim.
