Information Quality Correction Requests FY 2003, 2004, 2005 In response to the Information Quality Act, the Department of Labor has established processes that allow affected persons to question the quality of information disseminated by the Department. The process begins with an affected person submitting an Information Quality Correction Request (IQCR). Currently, the Department has a policy of responding to all IQCRs within 60 days. In an effort to enhance government transparency, the Department has also adopted a policy of posting IQCRs on a public web page. This policy was adopted in response to a directive from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
