This facility will improve access to employment and training opportunities in Sumter and throughout the Region (Columbia, Myrtle Beach, and Charleston). The total development costs were just over $2.3 million and it was developed by the Santee Lynches CDC in partnership with Regency Development Corp. This project was funded through the State Housing Finance and Development Authority (HOME Program) and the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program.
