Hurry, Jr., executive director of Rhode Island Higher Education Assistance Authority (RIHEAA), announced today the kickoff of the second-annual CollegeBoundfund poster contest. All entries will depict this year’s theme of “I’m Going to College Because I Have Big Dreams.” CollegeBoundfund will award a $2,500 account to the top entries in each of three age groups, while the first runners up will receive a $1,000 account and the second runners up will each receive $500 accounts.
