How does a beneficiary use their Ticket? SSI/SSDI beneficiaries will receive their Tickets in the mail according to a predetermined schedule as SSA implements the Ticket to Work program in each state. The Ticket is a personal document that is unique to each beneficiary and includes identifying information such as name and Social Security number. The Ticket also contains a pamphlet with detailed information on the program.
