An accomplished musician, Jolley serves as a Worship Assistant at Henderson Hills Baptist Church in Edmond, where he has been for 14 years. He is an active member of both the Edmond Chamber of Commerce and the Oklahoma State Chamber. In the Edmond Chamber, the Senator has served for years on the Governmental Relations committee, which works with elected leaders and business interests to promote pro-business legislation. The most notableof these occurred on 1952 APR09. The APR09 earthquake was centered betweenEl Reno and Minco in Canadian Co. It was felt in all of Oklahoma and parts of seven other states. Damage included a 50 foot long crack in the StateCapitol Office Building.Oklahoma County has only had six earthquakes centered in the county.
