The Fairport Harbor and Sandusky Fisheries Research Units are operated by employees of the State of Ohio, Department of Natural Resources' Division of Wildlife. Our primary mission is to assess and manage fish populations and fisheries in Lake Erie's Western and Central Basins and their tributary streams.
