On August 5, 2003 Williams allegedly attacked and murdered his ex-girlfriend, Josephine Chacon in the parking lot of the Sandia Indian Casino located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Chacon sustained multiple stab wounds on her back, neck, arms and upper chest.
