Late Renewal Applications: Applications received more than 30 days but less than one year following the scheduled expiration date are considered late. A late renewal application is not necessary but may be obtained by faxing a note requesting a late renewal application and providing the residence and business addresses of the licensee. A late fee of $100 dollars for amjor lines of authority and $50 for limited lines must be submitted with the renewal fee making the total $400 dollars for major lines and $200 for limited lines.
