Information Quality Correction Requests FY 2004
Description of Requested Correction: OSHA has undergone two required e-mail changes and the web site was not updated for everyone. I have found that the following states need to have their information updated as well. Connecticut, Hawaii, Kansas, Maryland, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, and South Carolina. Oklahoma is part of the Consultation Project and we have gotten calls recently letting us know our information is incorrect and potential clients are unable to reach us in a timely manner.
