I am originally from Lincoln, Nebraska (Go Huskers!). I earned both a B. S. in Biology and a Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology from the University of Nebraska. I have lived in Philly for about 1 ˝ years, having moved here with my husband and our dog (a lab). In my free time I like to run, walk the dog, read, and watch football. I also enjoy traveling and scuba diving. We currently live in Manayunk and have enjoyed checking out the East Coast since we had never visited here.
