WFLHD, Projects, Little Joe Road Project Overview The Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD), in partnership with the U.S. Forest Service, Montana Department of Transportation, and Mineral County, is planning to improve a section of Montana Forest Highway 84, also known as Little Joe Road. This portion of the national forest is actively managed to serve the residents of the surrounding communities, as well as visitors to the forest and various commercial interests. The route begins at the intersection with Camel Hump Road, also called Mullen Road, just west of St. Regis, Montana.
