“I am writing to request a $50,000.00 Economic Development Administration (EDA) Economic Adjustment Grant to provide the necessary funding to aid Eureka and Lincoln County in their attempt to adjust to the impacts of these closures and lay offs,” Rehberg said in a letter to Montana Department of Commerce Director Tony Preite. “As hard hit as the communities of Eureka and Lincoln County have been from these closures, it has been difficult for them to provide the 50% matching funds necessary to secure this $50,000.00 EDA grant.
