Approved, enrolled Medicaid/MC+ Program providers of service provide services. Those who participate in the Medicaid/MC+ Program agree to accept Medicaid/MC+ payment as reimbursement in full for any services provided to Medicaid/MC+ recipients. A recipient cannot be billed for the difference between the Medicaid/MC+ payment and the provider’s billed charges. MC+ managed care services are provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract between DMS and the MC+ managed care health plans.
