I suvise popularan, zale se kanuisti i veslaci parica! Brodovi-lopatari - Delta Queen, Mississippi Queen i, najveci od svih koji je ikada plovio ovom rijekom, American Queen, jos uvijek prevoze putnike, jos uvijek pjene rijekom sve do St. Paula, onako kako su i prije 150 godina. I prekrasni su, ti rijecni brodovi, bogato ukraseni rezbarijama i nacifrani cipkastim ukrasima i naborima. Po rijecima Marka Twaina, "svadbeni kolaci bez - uobicajenog zapleta i komplikacija."
