He holds a B.A. from Macalester College in economics and business, an M.D. from the University of Minnesota and an M.P.H. in Maternal Health and Child Health from the University of Minnesota. Donald M. Reed is the chief biologist for the Southeastern WisconsinRegional Planning Commission. He has been with the Commission for thepast 25 years. Mr. Reed received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biologyand Geography from Carroll College in May 1972 and a Master of Sciencedegree in Botany/Zoology from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee inMay 1985. He is presently completing his studies in the doctoral program atthe University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.
