BOSTON – July 13, 2005 – Beginning today, the Massachusetts School Building Authority will market $2.5 billion in bonds to help pay for wait listed school construction projects across the state. The debt is being issued by the Massachusetts School Building Authority, an independent authority created a year ago to reform the state’s old school building assistance program and make it more fiscally responsible.
