The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) is a bi-county agency which manages public parkland and provides land use planning, with administration shared with Prince George's County. The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) is also a bi-county agency which provides water and sewer service to Montgomery and Prince George's Counties. The Housing Opportunities Commission (HOC ) is the County's public housing authority. The Montgomery County Revenue Authority is a public corporation for self-supporting enterprises of benefit to the County. Chapter 29 of the Montgomery County Code , Landlord-Tenant Relations , has just been updated. This law had not received a comprehensive review since its enactment in 1972.
