Eccles & Rouse and Obrecht Commercial Real Estate have elicited the support of a number of local companies to provide pro bono services including Gaudreau, Inc., Kovacs, Whitney & Associates, Inc., Skarda & Associates, Inc. Struever and Obrecht have committed $100,000 to the project and the real estate team is actively looking for additional vendors to participate in the project. The companies have estimated that more than $250,000 is needed to replace the roof, install modern heating, ventilation and air conditioning system and repair or replace a large portion of the facilities' plumbing and electrical systems. The firehouse is also in need of new doors, windows, ceiling tiles and paint as well as reconfiguration of the sleeping quarters.
