We are aware of the reference and have prepared draft language to amend the reference and resolve the discrepancy via a technical amendment. Please note that it may be some time before the technical amendment appears in the FEDERAL REGISTER as we are combining several corrections in one notice. It will take some research and coordination to ensure that all the corrections are technically accurate and legally sufficient.
