In rendering its decision in the case of IronworkersLocal #67 and William Reed v. John Hart and the Iowa Civil Rights Commission,the Court chose to go somewhat beyond the facts of the case and to commentin a more specific fashion on the Act as a whole and the Commission interpretationthereof.
