This is a set of recommendationsthat developed out of the 9/11 Commission that reported earlier thisyear, a lot of those were administrative. Some of those have alreadybeen put in place. There's legislation now that has passed the Houseand Senate is in conference as we speak that, in effect, would create aposition called the National Intelligence Director, or the NID, thatwould be the preeminent advisor to the President and manager, if youwill, of the intelligence inside the federal government. And that billright now, there are differences between the House version and theSenate version. But they're working hard to get it finalized betweenthe two houses. And I don't know that they'll get it done now beforenext Tuesday, probably not.
