State Regulation of Private Schools - Idaho
Within 14 days after enrollment, the private school must request a certified copy of the student's record from the student's previous school. A private school must comply with the request for records within 10 days of receipt unless the student was flagged as a missing or runaway child. In that event, the school should notify the local law enforcement agency of the request.
