Idaho State Legislature - Joint Rules
Statement of Purpose and Fiscal Notes.-- No bill shall be introduced in either Houseunless it shall have attached thereto a concise statement of purpose and fiscal note. The contact personfor the statement of purpose and fiscal note shall be identified on the document. No bill making anappropriation, increasing or decreasing existing appropriations, or requiring a future appropriation,or increasing or decreasing revenues of the state or any unit of local government, or requiring asignificant expenditure of funds by the state or a unit of local government, shall be introduced unlessit shall have attached thereto a fiscal note. This note shall contain an estimate of the amount of suchappropriation, expenditure, or change under the bill. The fiscal note shall identify a full fiscal year's impact of the legislation. Idaho Women's Commission
In addition to her work, school and family, Farhana serves her community at the local, state and national level. She serves on the CDC/INEEL Citizen's Advisory Board and is a member at large for the Girl Scouts Silver Sage Council. She serves on Senator Crapo's Statewide Housing Outreach Coalition and speaks on fair housing issues. She served on several State Board of Education committees, helping write standards for graduating seniors, bilingual teachers and elementary students.
