Scenic Byways Home Page
Idaho’s Scenic Byway Program has been getting a face lift this year. New multi-colored 3x3-foot signs are beginning to dot the 25 byways around the state. Many of the new signs are designed by Mountain Post Digital Imaging and display a unique look for each of Idaho’s scenic, historic, and back country byways. In addition, new 4x8-foot information boards are being designed and placed at appropriate places along Idaho’s byways to provide travelers with visually stimulating information. Also designed by Mountain Post, the information boards combine artistry, photography, and an exciting format which draw the traveler in and provide distinctly unique facts of interest about each byway.
