Days Inns of America, Inc. -- The Departmententered into a consent decree with Iyer & Associates, the architectsof the Days Inn hotel in Willows, California. The architect has agreed topay $18,000 in civil penalties for violations of title III's new constructionprovisions in the design of the hotel. The agreement leaves only the franchisor,Days Inns of America, and its parent company, HFS Incorporated, as defendantsin this case.
