NAL Visitor Information Head east on Independence Ave. Up Capitol Hill (caution - road curves left two blocks past the Capitol). Travel past R.F. Kennedy Stadium/STARPLEX to I-295 North (signs indicate "I-95 North"). Follow to Baltimore-Washington Parkway (= I-295). Take Parkway to exit for I-95 North/495 West toward Silver Spring. Follow 95/495 to exit 25 - College Park/Laurel at Route 1 (Baltimore Ave.) Turn right at traffic light at end of exit ramp, heading north toward Laurel. Once on Route 1 North, pass one more light, and then follow the sign and driveway for NAL, almost immediately on the right. (The Library is located 3/10 mile from exit 25, on the right.)
