He is also a past president of the Greater Enfield Lawyers Association and a past member of the Connecticut Bar Association’s House of Delegates. ... A gubernatorial appointee, she is currently the Vice Chair of the Commission and Chair of the Legislative Committee. She previously chaired the Commission (from 2000 – 2002), and served one term as PCSW’s Treasure and two terms as Commission Vice Chair and Legislative Committee Chair. A former high school humanities teacher, Professor Slane is a graduate of Douglass College and Yale Law School. She was a member of the trial department at Day, Berry & Howard before joining the faculty at Quinnipiac College School of Law, where she is now an Assistant Professor of Clinical Law and Director of Field Placement Programs.
