You Lose." mobilization encourages the formation of traffic safety partnerships to stop impaired driving, as well as the senseless loss of life it produces. These and other effort will aid in achieving a .08 BAC as the national standard for impaired driving and in reducing alcohol-related fatalities to no more than 11,000 by 2005. California's law enforcement community must set ambitious goals for traffic safety enforcement and education.
