Job Outlook for California Community College Occupational Education Programs These Community College Program Projections were developed by the Employment Development Department (EDD)in cooperation with the Chancellor's Office of the California Community Colleges (COCCC) . The statewide and local area occupational projections provide the Chancellor's Office with the basis for documenting the job outlook for enrollees in community college occupational education programs. ... The Chancellor's Office uses the Taxonomy of Programs (TOP) system to classify instructional programs. The system is hierarchical, consisting of approximately 200 programs; community colleges may use a 4- or 5-digit code to classify a program, 5 being the more specific code. The EDD staff convert the OES occupational projections to the community college TOP instructional program categories, and provide a crosswalk between the two coding systems in each local area file. There are a total of 540 electoral votes, and the number of votes each state receives is proportional to its size --- the bigger the state's population the more "votes" it gets.
