It also includes, however, two "outside" members--the Tech-Prep coordinator from Rogers High School, which is also linked in a consortium to the same community college, and a representative from the Northwest Arkansas consortium of 18 school districts--a confederation that deals with a wide range of educational issues other than Tech-Prep.
