Arkansas State Capitol Virtual Tour Behind the Scenes The Arkansas State Capitol Virtual Tour Website was constructed by Jeremy Kratz and Dubby Junyor, both EAST Lab scholars at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock , from September of 2001 until May of 2002. The website was created using Macromedia Dreamweaver Ultradev 4, Macromedia Flash 5, and Adobe Photoshop 6. The panoramic images were achieved using a tripod-mounted digital still camera, MGI Photovista, and Panavue Image Assembler. Governor Mike Huckabee of Arkansas The governor said state agencies, boards, commissions and their employees belong to hundreds of organizations. Because the state pays dues for membership, the state should get a return by hosting meetings, Huckabee said. "Conferences happen all the time, all over the country," he said. "We just think more of them should happen here." Agencies, boards and commissions will be required to submit a report each May 1 on how they're doing in attracting conventions, conferences and other types of meetings to the state. The governor said he's following the order. He has invited the Delta Regional Authority to hold its annual meeting in Arkansas. The DRA meeting will be Oct. 18-20 in Little Rock.
