Embassy Kingston Celebrates Earth Day 2002 US Ambassador to Jamaica Sue Cobb took a wet and wild ride with two new-found marine friends, "Betta" and "Commetta", at Dolphin Cove, Ocho Rios, in an early celebration of Earth Day 2002. Ambassador Cobb made a lunchtime stop at the invitation of the proprietors in between visits at USAID and Peace Corps projects on the north coast. At the reception, Ambassador Cobb spoke of the importance of environmental protection to the local economy, and hailed the work of Friends of the Sea in protecting the coastal resources.
