Mandaue City, Philippines, The Mandaue City is a 1st class city in the province of Cebu, Philippines. The city is one of the two highly urbanized cities in the province of Cebu, with the provincial capital Cebu City as the other one. The two cities are right next to each other and form the core of the Metropolitan Cebu area. According to the 2000 census, Mandaue has a population of 259,728 people in 54,882 households.
