Kerava, Finland Kerava (IPA: /ˈkerɑʋɑ/; Kervo in Swedish) is a town and municipality of Finland. It is located in the province of Southern Finland and is part of the Uusimaa region. The municipality has a population of 31,361 (2004-12-31) and covers an area of 30.86 km² of which 0.11 km² is water. The population density is 1,019.87 inhabitants per km². The municipality is unilingually Finnish. Kerava is not to be confused with the state of Kerala in India.
