Fongyuan City (豐原市) is located in central Taichung County, Taiwan Province of the Republic of China. It is the capital city of Taichung County.

Fongyuan is known for its food vendors in the area east of the temple Mā Zù Miào, 媽祖廟, also commonly known as Miào Dōng, 廟東, where you can get food and snacks from noon until the early morning.
