Chuzhou, China Chuzhou (滁州) is a city with more 228,000 inhabitants (2004) Chuzhou prefecture in the eastern part of Anhui province of the People's Republic of China. The mayor of Chuzhou is Miu Xuegang. Chuzhou is about 115 km from the capital of the province. Chuzhou was affected by a flood in 2003. Chuzhou is a city featured by a variety of manufacturing.
