Preah Seihanu (English: Sihanoukville), formerly known as Kampong Som, is a port city in southern Cambodia on the Gulf of Thailand. The city is an important deep water port for Cambodia and is also becoming a tourist location. The city is named for King Norodom Sihanouk.

For administrative purposes, Sihanoukville is a municipality, at the same level as a province of Cambodia. The municipality is subdivided into 3 districts.
